NAKIVO Reveals Revenue Growth of 37% in Q3 2018

NAKIVO announces 37% revenue growth worldwide in Q3 2018 vs. Q3 2017, as the company continues to drive growth in backup and site recovery for VMware, Hyper-V, and Amazon EC2 environments worldwide.

 

NAKIVO Inc., a fast-growing software company dedicated to protecting virtualized and cloud environments, revealed Q3 2018 results today.

In Q3 2018, NAKIVO accomplished the following:

Revenue: In Q3 2018, NAKIVO grew revenue by 37% worldwide vs. Q3 2017, with revenue in the Asia-Pacific region growing by 76%. 53% of the revenue came from the EMEA region, 36% came from the Americas, and 11% came from the Asia-Pacific region. Once again, the United States, Germany, and Italy were among the highest producers of revenue in Q3 2018. NAKIVO experienced QoQ revenue growth of more than 100% in Estonia, Malta, Ireland, Norway, Bolivia, Japan, Israel, Hungary, Finland, Turkey, Luxemburg, and the Netherlands.

Customers: In Q3 2018, 66% of NAKIVO’s new customers came from the EMEA region, while 22% came from the Americas, and 12% came from the Asia-Pacific region. Overall, NAKIVO experienced YoY worldwide customer base growth of 55% in Q3 2018. As of Q3 2018, NAKIVO has customers in 118 countries worldwide. Furthermore, the company has expanded into Liberia, Venezuela, and Madagascar for the first time.

Solution Partners: NAKIVO has increased the number of solution provider partners by 39% in Q3 2018 vs. Q3 2017. In Q3 2018, 268 new solution providers joined the NAKIVO Partner Program and now offer NAKIVO products to their enterprise, as well as SMB customers. NAKIVO now has approximately 3,300 software solution providers as Partners across the Americas, Europe, Africa, the Middle-East, and the Asia-Pacific region. Solution Partners from Bermuda, Papua New Guinea, Honduras, and Malta joined for the first time.

Cloud Providers: NAKIVO’s Cloud Provider Program enables managed service, cloud, and hosting providers to deliver VM Backup-as-a-Service (BaaS), VM Replication-as-a-Service (RaaS), and VM Disaster-Recovery-as-a-Service (DRaaS) for their customers that are using NAKIVO Backup & Replication. In Q3 2018, NAKIVO increased the number of qualified Cloud Providers to 236. Cloud providers from Fiji, Liberia, and Puerto Rico have joined the NAKIVO Cloud Provider Program for the first time.

Product Releases: In Q3 2018, NAKIVO released NAKIVO Backup & Replication v7.5 with vSphere 6.7 support and cross-platform recovery. Moreover, NAKIVO Backup & Replication v8.0 was released, introducing site recovery functionality.
